How do you ensure staff safe during Covid pandemic?
Our inspector wears gloves and a mask to inspections of people who are either currently ill or have pre-existing conditions that put them at high risk of becoming ill. He also sanitises himself and the tools used after every inspection.

What areas of a property are inspected in a Building and Pest Inspection?
As long as there is reasonable access the areas inspected are: The Interior, The Exterior, The Roof Void (as long as there is a manhole that is accessible) , The Roof Exterior (as long as it is accessible by a 3.6M ladder placed at ground level), The Sub-floor (If it is not below the height requirements for crawl space of 400mm), The Yard including fences not more than 30 meters from the house.

Do I have to do a building and pest inspections?
If you are going through finance it is a requirement that you provide a pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspection report to the finance company.
It is not a requirement if it is a cash sale, however, most people will still choose to have a Building and Pest Inspection to have confidence and assurance with their purchase.
Do you offer just termite inspections?
Yes we offer Timber Pest Inspections that cover Termites & other timber pests such as Wood Decay & Borers.
Can I get a Building inspection done without the pest inspection?
When will I receive my completed Report?
Your completed report will be emailed to you the next day after the inspection as long as the Terms & Conditions agreement has been signed and the Invoice has been paid.
How long does the Inspection take?
We allow 1 ½ Hours for the inspection so that the inspector is not rushed and has time to explain any findings to you if you are able to attend.
Am I able to attend the inspection?
Yes absolutely we encourage you to attend if possible, it makes it a lot easier for the inspector to explain any findings to you and answer any questions you may have about the house while you are there.
